Exercise is such a big word and comes in many forms.
I like to think of it all as movement rather than exercise… personally I find movement sounds more inviting.
Instead of thinking of exercise as something your NEED to do for your health and fitness, why not think about how it will make you FEEL...
Or think about all the beautiful PLACES exercise can take you that you otherwise wouldn’t explore...
Or think about the FRIENDS you can make through sport...
Or visualize the CONFIDENCE you will gain from getting stronger.
The list goes on.
If you are lacking drive to get out the door, maybe try thinking about the end game and all the benefits that sometimes get forgotten.
I love thinking about it this way too! For me, its the Starbucks I get on my walk :)
