There is a Difference.
Feeling alone has little to do with being alone.
Being alone is connecting with yourself and your surroundings. This can be rejuvenating.
Feeling alone is lonely and dark. This is likely a familiar feeling if you are living in pain, whether physically or mentally or a blend of both. You may have a circle of friends and/ family who are trying their hardest to be there for you yet, you still feel as though no one is listening and no one understands. Maybe you don’t quite understand yourself.
Just know that your feelings are valid.
Know that there is always a way out.
When you’re ready, you will see the light through the cracks and things will get easier.
